The record

Two-time Billboard International Power Player (2021 and 2022). Gazit was US managing partner for BTS from 2016 to 2018, working alongside the group's label, Big Hit Entertainment, now HYBE. Those were the years of the first American Music Awards performance by a K-pop group, the Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Late Late Show with James Corden bookings in a single week, the Platinum "Mic Drop" remix with Steve Aoki and Desiigner at No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100, and sold-out US arena dates on the Wings Tour. Forbes and CNBC reported the campaign at the time; Music Week later called him the executive who helped break BTS in the US.

He then did it again with Monsta X, whom he has managed since 2018: the Epic Records deal, the first K-pop set at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in 2019, a Staples Center headline show, All About Luv at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 in 2020, The Dreaming at No. 3 on Top Album Sales in 2021 and Unfold at No. 2 on Top Album Sales in 2026, released on his label Intertwine Records. He has managed Wonho since 2020 and has done US work with IVE and KiiiKiii. He is a partner at Maverick Management and owns the agency LUSIVEX, which keeps radio promotion, PR, playlisting and paid media inside the management operation.

Artists: BTS (US managing partner, 2016 to 2018), Monsta X (since 2018), Wonho, US work with IVE and KiiiKiii.

This is the one door on the list that opens. Gazit reviews direct inquiries from artists and labels whose numbers are already moving. Inquiries go through eshygazit.com.

What to learn from Gazit

Two separate acts, two separate labels, the same result. The model is specific and repeatable: the US partner working next to the artist's home label rather than over it, television first, then radio, then American collaborations, then arenas. Study the sequence; it is the one most international labels actually need.
